Webhook and results
A webhook signing secret is revealed once on registration or submission. Keep it outside browser storage. Results remain buyer-authenticated and artifact URLs are short-lived.
Support and privacy
Use the approved canary support channel for failures, billing-model questions, data export, deletion, restriction, or an artifact-reference concern. Include a job ID, never a credential or private input.
